Dr. Marilyn Kwolek is a great Doctor , she always gives great service .
I’ve been coming to her office for quite a few years now.
Unfortunately I won’t be coming back due to her very rude and unprofessional front desk person.
As much as I appreciate Dr. Kwolek’s work , I can’t deal with her front desk guy anymore. I have mentioned his rude behavior a couple of times to the Doctor but it has not changed his behavior at all . I’m shocked by the behavior, the way he talks down to the patients , making rude comments, etc. and get by with it .
Not worth my long drive from Sacramento to be treated so poorly by a front desk person .
Dr. Kwolek and those who are interested should know as she may lose more customers because of this problem.
