I met with Dr. Kwolek for the first time on 4/21/223. She was professional and kind. All of my concerns were addressed and all my questions were answered. There was no up selling or pressure to schedule my procedure, which I have experienced with other similar practices.
Her office is clean and is in a good location with plenty of parking.
I have not been a big review person in the past but I’m starting to do more research related to reviews especially when it’s related to cosmetics.
The majority of Dr Kwolek’s reviews are all good with positive comments. The negative low scoring reviews are mostly related to the office staff / receptionist.
My experience with her staff was fine. He was cool and pleasant. He got straight to the point with the necessary paperwork when I arrived and straight to the pricing and scheduling when I was ready to leave.
My overall visit was positive. I will move forward with Dr Kwolek for my PDO thread lift. I am confident that I will have excellent results. I will update my review after my procedure.

Dr. Marilyn Kwolek is a great Doctor , she always gives great service .
I’ve been coming to her office for quite a few years now.
Unfortunately I won’t be coming back due to her very rude and unprofessional front desk person.
As much as I appreciate Dr. Kwolek’s work , I can’t deal with her front desk guy anymore. I have mentioned his rude behavior a couple of times to the Doctor but it has not changed his behavior at all . I’m shocked by the behavior, the way he talks down to the patients , making rude comments, etc. and get by with it .
Not worth my long drive from Sacramento to be treated so poorly by a front desk person .
Dr. Kwolek and those who are interested should know as she may lose more customers because of this problem.
